Examples of First Call Date in a sentence
The “Initial Period” is the period (from and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date.
With effect from the First Call Date, and so long as any Certificates remain outstanding thereafter, the Trustee will maintain a Calculation Agent.
The “Reset Date” is the First Call Date and every sixth anniversary thereafter.
In the event the Series D Notes are not redeemed on the First Call Date, interest will be payable annually at a rate equal to the relevant Euro 5 Year Swap rate plus 3.700% per year (the “Margin”) in respect of the Reset Period commencing on the First Call Date and each subsequent Reset Period, up to but excluding May 23, 2044 (the “Step-up Date”).
