Notes Tender Offer Documents means the Existing 11 1/4 % Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture Supplement, and the Existing 11 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes Tender Offer/Consent Solicitation, as in effect on the Initial Borrowing Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms thereof and hereof. "Existing 11 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes Tender Offer Repurchases" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(d)(ix).
