Notice of Intention to Terminate definition

Notice of Intention to Terminate means the notice issued by a Party to the other Party expressing its intention to terminate the Agreement;

Notice of Intention to Terminate means the notice issued by a Party to the other Party expressing its intention to terminate the SFM Agreement;

• Upon the issuance of a Notice of Intention to Terminate, the defaulting Party shall have the right to rectify or cure the breach within 15 days of receipt of such Notice of Intention to Terminate ("Cure Period").
