Upon the issuance of a Notice of Intention to Terminate, the defaulting Party shall have the right to rectify or cure the breach within 15 days of receipt of such Notice of Intention to Terminate ("Cure Period").
The Concessionaire shall procure that Lenders shall notify Authority about whether they are exercising their right of substitution within sixty (60) days of receipt of Notice of Intention to Terminate, or the Lenders’ Notice of Default (as defined in the Substitution Agreement).
