Notice of Renewal definition

Notice of Renewal has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

Notice of Renewal means a written notice, in form prescribed by the director, properly completed and signed by an authorized officer or representative of the issuer, or by bond counsel that requests an extension of a confirmation for the issuance of bonds pursuant to paragraph (C) of rule 122-4-03 of the Administrative Code.

Notice of Renewal has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

• Upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor the County may, through issuance of a bilateral Notice of Renewal, authorize continuation of the Agreement under the same contract prices for not more than four (4) additional 12-month periods, from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027 (each a "Subsequent Contract Term").

• Upon completion of the Initial Term, County and Contractor may agree, through bilateral execution of a Notice of Renewal, continued operations of the Contractor for not more than two additional twelve (12) month periods from November 10, 2024 to November 9, 2026 (each a "Subsequent Contract Term").
