Notice of Revolving Borrowing definition

Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.

Notice of Revolving Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

Notice of Revolving Borrowing means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit H (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.1.(b) evidencing the Borrower’s request for a borrowing of Revolving Loans.

• Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Revolving Borrowing under the immediately preceding subsection (b), the Administrative Agent shall notify each Revolving Lender of the proposed borrowing.

• Prior to delivering a Notice of Revolving Borrowing, the Borrower may (without specifying whether a Revolving Loan will be a Base Rate Loan or a SOFR Loan) request that the Administrative Agent provide the Borrower with the most recent Term SOFR for any given tenor available to the Administrative Agent.
