Notice to Pay definition

Notice to Pay means, in respect of the Guarantor, a notice duly given to it accordance with Condition 7.01 of Schedule 1 to the Trust Deed and in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 to the Trust Deed;
Notice to Pay means, in respect of the CBC, a written demand duly given in accordance with Clause 8.1 of the Trust Deed and/or duly given in accordance with Clause 10.4 of the Trust Deed;
Notice to Pay means a notice to pay in accordance with Clause 8.1 and/or 10.4 of the Trust Deed.

Examples of Notice to Pay in a sentence

  • In the event that Lessor serves Lessee with a Notice to Pay Rent or Quit pursuant to applicable Unlawful Detainer statutes such Notice to Pay Rent or Quit shall also constitute the notice required by this subparagraph.

  • In the event a Member fails to pay residence charges (as defined in Article 4) when due, or other amounts owing, or fails to render any performance required of the Member on demand under this contract, the BSC may serve a Notice to Pay, Perform Covenant, or Quit, as appropriate, as provided by California law.

  • If Tenant or Additional Occupant breaches any term of this Agreement or policy or regulation of the University or The Regents, the University may serve Tenant with any of the following notices, whichever is applicable: a 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit; a 3-Day Notice to Perform Covenant or Quit; a 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent and Perform Covenant or Quit; a 3-Day Notice to Quit, or such other notice permitted by law.

  • Only cashier's checks, money orders or credit card payments will be accepted after three prior payments have been returned from a banking institution for non-sufficient funds or any other reason and/or as the form of rent payment to cure a Three-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit.

  • Once a Three-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit is served, Resident is required to make a certified payment in full in order to avoid eviction.

  • Following the occurrence of an Issuer Event of Default and service by the Security Trustee of an Issuer Acceleration Notice on the Issuer pursuant to Condition 10(a), the Security Trustee shall promptly deliver a Notice to Pay to the Issuer and the CBC with a copy to the Principal Paying Agent requiring the CBC to make payments in accordance with the terms of the Guarantee.

  • In the event that Landlord serves Tenant with a Notice to Pay Rent or Quit pursuant to applicable Unlawful Detainer statutes such Notice to Pay Rent or Quit shall also constitute the notice required by this subparagraph.

  • All present and future direct and indirect taxes and transfer charges due in respect of activities hereunder and commission and fee payments therefor will be chargeable to the Issuer and, following service of a Notice to Pay to the CBC, to the CBC by the Paying Agents and the Registrar except as provided herein and except for taxes on profits earned by the Paying Agents or the Registrar.

  • In the event that Lessor serves Lessee with a Notice to Pay Rent or Quit pursuant to applicable Unlawful Detainer statutes, such Notice to Pay Rent or Quit shall also constitute the notice required by this subparagraph.
