notice to us means notice in writing, by any electronic means acceptable to us, or in any other form we may approve and received by us;
notice to us means notice made in a form that: (1) is approved by, or is acceptable to, us; (2) has the information and any documentation we determine in our discretion to be necessary to take the action requested or exercise the right specified; and (3) is received by us at our Customer Service Center at the address specified on the first page of this Contract. Under certain circumstances, we may permit you to provide Notice to Us by telephone or electronically. The Owner is the individual (or entity) who is entitled to exercise the rights incident to ownership. The terms “you” or “your”, when used in this Contract, refer to the Owner. The Owner on the Contract Date is shown on the first page of this Contract. See Section 3.2 for additional details.
