Notices to Trustee Clause Samples

The "Notices to Trustee" clause defines the procedures and requirements for delivering formal communications to the trustee under an agreement. Typically, it specifies the acceptable methods of notice—such as mail, email, or personal delivery—and the address or contact information to be used. This clause ensures that all parties know how and where to send important information or legal notifications to the trustee, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that the trustee receives timely and proper notice as required by the agreement.

If fewer than all the Securities are to be redeemed, the record date relating to such redemption shall be selected by the Company and given to the Trustee, which record date shall be not fewer than 15 days after the date of notice to the Trustee.
