Common use of Notices to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereofor is required to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 4.10, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture Section 3.07 pursuant to which the redemption shall occuroccur or stating that the redemption is pursuant to Section 4.10, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 10 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Officer’s Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 20 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption datedate (or such shorter period as allowed by the Trustee), an Officers' ’ Certificate setting forth (i) the clause applicable section of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

If the Company elects Issuers elect to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it they shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 3.7 hereof, then it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause paragraph of the Notes and/or Section of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption datedate (or such shorter period as allowed by the Trustee), an Officers' ’ Certificate setting forth (i) the clause applicable section of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption datedate (or such shorter period as allowed by the Trustee), an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause applicable section of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereofSECTION 3.7, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects Co-Obligors elect to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it they shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 90 days before a redemption date, an Officers' ’ Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) at least 60 days prior to the clause Redemption Date in the case of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occura partial redemption, (ii) at least 45 days prior to the Redemption Date in the case of a total redemption date, or (iii) during such other period as the Trustee may agree to, the Company shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price, and deliver to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate stating that such redemption will comply with the conditions contained in Section 3.07 hereof, as appropriate.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects Companies elect to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof or the mandatory redemption provisions of Section 3.08 hereof, it they shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 15 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate Officer's Certificates setting forth (i) the paragraph of the Notes and/or clause of this Indenture Agreement pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and redeemed, (iv) the redemption price, and (v) the CUSIP numbers of the Notes to be redeemed.

If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 25 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' ’ Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.
