Common use of Notices to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

If the Company elects to redeem Senior Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Senior Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption datedate (or such shorter period as allowed by the Trustee), an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause applicable section of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 3.7 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, Trustee at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

If the Company elects or is required to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional or mandatory redemption provisions of Section 3.07 Sections 3.7 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 35 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Officer's Certificate setting forth (ia) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (iib) the redemption date, (iiic) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (ivd) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) at least 60 days prior to the clause Redemption Date in the case of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occura partial redemption, (ii) at least 45 days prior to the Redemption Date in the case of a total redemption date, or (iii) during such other period as the Trustee may agree to, the Company shall notify the Trustee in writing of the Redemption Date, the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price, and deliver to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate stating that such redemption will comply with the conditions contained in Section 3.07 hereof, as appropriate.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Officer's Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects Co-Obligors elect to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it they shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days but not more than 60 90 days before a redemption date, an Officers' ’ Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects or is required to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional or mandatory redemption provisions of Section 3.07 Sections 3.7 or 3.8 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 35 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Officer's Certificate setting forth (ia) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (iib) the redemption date, (iiic) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (ivd) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 days (unless a shorter period is consented to in writing by the Trustee) but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.

If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof5.1, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 5 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' ’ Certificate setting forth forth: (i) the clause of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii1) the redemption date, (iii2) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed redeemed, (3) the CUSIP, ISIN or other similar numbers of such Notes and (iv4) the redemption price.

Notices to Trustee. If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to the optional redemption provisions of Section 3.07 hereof, it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least 30 45 days but not more than 60 days before a redemption date, an Officers' Certificate setting forth (i) the clause of this Indenture or the Notes pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed and redeemed, (iv) the redemption priceprice and (v) a statement to the effect that such redemption will comply with the conditions contained herein.

Notices to Trustee.
