Notification Form means the form provided to You by IFS, directly or through you Partner, containing information on the Software, the Use Level and Use Type, the license type and other applicable information to the licensing of certain Software. This form is emailed to You following receipt and acceptance by IFS of an order from Your Partner.

Notification Form means the prescribed form notifying NWSF of a Participant’s intention to not accept a Suspension issued by the DC;
