Notification of Loss means a notice in writing by the Cardholder and/or Authorised User on company letterhead with company stamp and authorised signatory sent via fax or via electronic means such as email or Petron Prepaid Card Web Portal by the Cardholder to Petron reporting the loss or theft of a Prepaid Card pursuant to Clause 7.4 below.
