The Authority shall procure that the Former Supplier shall promptly provide to the Supplier and each Notified Sub-contractor in writing such information as is necessary to enable the Supplier and each Notified Sub-contractor to carry out their respective duties under regulation 13 of the Employment Regulations.
The Company is a limited liability company duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and is not delinquent in filing any reports required to be filed in order to maintain its existence.

If an offer referred to in Paragraph 128.3.2 is accepted, or if the situation has otherwise been resolved by the Customer, the Supplier shall, or shall procure that the Notified Sub-contractor shall, immediately release the person from his/her employment or alleged employment.
