Notional Interest Amount definition

Notional Interest Amount means, in respect of any Note, the amount of interest which would have been payable, absent a voluntary or automatic non-payment of interest pursuant to Conditions 4.4.2 and 4.5 below, for the one-year period prior to, and including, such Interest Payment Date, calculated by the Issuer on the basis of the Current Principal Amount of such Note, multiplied by the Underlying Security Payment Percentage, as calculated by the Issuer prior to the relevant Interest Payment Date.
Notional Interest Amount means an amount that is equal to interest calculated at a rate of 12% per annum accruing on the Outstanding Principal Amount from time to time from the Issuance Date until the relevant date, provided that no further amount shall accrue after the third anniversary of the Issuance Date.
Notional Interest Amount means, in relation to each Notional Interest Calculation Period, an amount calculated by the Calculation Agent equal to the product of (a) the Notional Interest Calculation Amount in respect of such Notional Interest Calculation Period, (b) the Notional Interest Rate in respect of such Notional Interest Calculation Period and (c) the relevant Day Count Fraction. Each Notional Interest Amount shall be rounded to the nearest EUR0.01 with EUR0.005 being rounded upwards;

  • If the Company pays any cash dividend to holders of Ordinary Shares or ADSs, it shall simultaneously pay to the Holder the amount by which any dividend that would have been payable in respect of the Warranty ADSs had this Warrant been exercised prior to the relevant record date for the payment of such cash dividend exceeds the Notional Interest Amount then accrued.

  • The amount of interest payable on each Note in relation to a Mandatory Interest Payment will be calculated by the Calculation Agent as follows: (x) if the Mandatory Interest Payment results from an Equity Securities Payment, it will be calculated on the basis of the Original Principal Amount of such Note, and (y) if the Mandatory Interest Payment results from a Parity Securities Payment, it shall be equal to the Notional Interest Amount.

Notional Interest Amount means, in respect of each Interest Period, an amount equal to the product of:
Notional Interest Amount means, in respect of a Security where an Acquisition Event has occurred, the amount of interest that would be payable on each Interest Payment Date falling on or after the relevant Mandatory Conversion Date up to 13 December 2028 calculated as if the Interest Rate that is current as at the relevant Mandatory Conversion Date were the relevant Interest Rate for each such payment and ignoring for this purpose the Interest Payment Conditions.

Related to Notional Interest Amount

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class A Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

  • Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and interest-bearing Class, the sum of (i) one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class, on the related Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date, subject to reduction pursuant to Section 4.02(d), and (ii) any Class Unpaid Interest Amounts for such Class.

  • Actual Interest Amount is defined in Section 3.1(b)(vii) of this Agreement.

The Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.19.

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Unpaid Interest Amount As of any Distribution Date and any Class of Certificates, the sum of (a) the portion of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount from Distribution Dates prior to the current Distribution Date remaining unpaid immediately prior to the current Distribution Date and (b) interest on the amount in clause (a) above at the applicable Pass-Through Rate (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

  • Collateral Interest Amount As of any date of determination, without duplication, the aggregate amount of Interest Proceeds that has been received or that is expected to be received (other than Interest Proceeds expected to be received from Defaulted Obligations, but including Interest Proceeds actually received from Defaulted Obligations), in each case during the Collection Period in which such date of determination occurs (or after such Collection Period but on or prior to the related Payment Date if such Interest Proceeds would be treated as Interest Proceeds with respect to such Collection Period).

  • Original Class B-5 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-5 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.20.

  • Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.

  • Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.17.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.

  • Shelf Additional Interest Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d) hereof.

  • Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

  • Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the per annum rate at which such Mortgage Loan accrues interest after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of defaults) as calculated and as set forth in the related Mortgage Loan documents.

  • Principal Payment Dates means, unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in each of the years from and including 2021 to and including 2022.

As to the first Distribution Date, the Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest.

  • Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Note Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Note Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class of Notes. For all purposes of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents, interest with respect to the Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months; and interest with respect to the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each applicable Interest Accrual Period, divided by 360.
