To the extent the foregoing is not permitted under the terms of any Third Party agreements, Novartis shall notify Schrӧdinger and provide necessary introductions to such Third Parties via e-mail.

Without limiting the foregoing, Schrӧdinger covenants that it will not seek Patent term extensions, supplemental protection certificates, or similar rights or extensions for the Product Specific Patents or Joint Patents, or any Patent with respect to any Collaboration Compound or Collaboration Product, without the prior written consent of Novartis.
Novartis shall have the sole right, but not the obligation, to apply for any patent term extension, supplemental Patent certificate or related extension of rights with respect to the Product Specific Patents and Joint Patents, or any Patent with respect to any Collaboration Compound or Collaboration Product.
