Novartis definition

Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Novartis or “Respondent” means the following: Novartis AG, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates in each case controlled by Novartis AG, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
Novartis means Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Inc.

Examples of Novartis in a sentence

  • Novartis, acting reasonably, shall consider the request and respond within thirty (30) days of receipt of all appropriate supporting documents from the MPP, with an approval or a written statement of why the request is not approved.

  • Approval by Novartis shall not waive any rights of Novartis or its Affiliates with respect to any Novartis Trademarks or Novartis Trade Dress.
