NOx authorized account representative means either of the following:

NOx authorized account representative means, for a NOx budget source or NOx budget unit at the source, the natural person who is authorized by the owners and operators of the source and all NOx budget units at the source, in accordance with rule 3745-14-02 of the Administrative Code, to represent and legally bind each owner and operator in matters pertaining to the NOx budget trading program or, for a general account, the natural person who is authorized, in accordance with rule 3745-14-06 of the Administrative Code, to transfer or otherwise dispose of NOx allowances held in the general account.

  • Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager, Finance Director, City Clerk or such other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor.
