Noxious Odour definition
Noxious Odour means an odour of Cannabis or from Cannabis Related Activities emanating from a Premises that is persistent or continuous and is likely to interfere with the ordinary enjoyment of other property in the vicinity of the Premises;
Noxious Odour means an odour from emanating from a Cannabis Facility that is either (i) repetitive without regard to frequency , (ii)persistent or (iii) continuous and is likely to interfere with the ordinary enjoyment or the economic viability of other property in the vicinity of the Cannabis Facility;
Noxious Odour means an odour of Cannabis or from Cannabis Related Activities emanating from a Premises that is persistent or continuous and is likely to interfere with the ordinary enjoyment of other property in the vicinity of the Premises and would contravenes the municipal Public nuisance by-law 2020-37, as amended.
