NPA Costs definition

NPA Costs means, as of any Payment Date, the Breakage and Other Costs due and payable on such Payment Date in accordance with the Note Purchase Agreement.
NPA Costs means, as of any Payment Date, the Breakage and Other Costs as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement due and payable on such Payment Date. “Obligor” shall mean, with respect to any Loan, the Person or Persons obligated to make Scheduled Payments thereon.
NPA Costs means, as of any Payment Date, the Breakage Costs and all other Obligations due and payable on such Payment Date in accordance with the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • NPA Costs shall be due and payable to each Funding Agent and each Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser on each Payment Date.
