NPI Agreements definition
NPI Agreements means, collectively, the amended and restated net profit interest agreement dated September 27, 2002 between the Corporation and the Trust, the royalty agreement dated effective January 17, 2003 between WEI and BNY Trust Company of Canada and the net profit interest agreement dated October 17, 2003 between HST and the Trust and "NPI Agreement" means any one of these agreements, as applicable.
NPI Agreements means collectively, (i) the amended and restated net profit interest agreement regarding the creation and sale of a net profits interest to the Trust dated October 7, 2004 between the Corporation and the Trustee, and (ii) the amended and restated net profit interest agreement regarding the creation and sale of a net profits interest to the Trust dated October 7, 2004 between Harvest Sask Trust and the Trustee;

More Definitions of NPI Agreements
NPI Agreements means the net profits interest agreements between Acclaim and certain Acclaim affiliates operating entities and between StarPoint and certain StarPoint affiliates acquired by the Trust pursuant to the Arrangement.
