NPI Financial Statements definition
NPI Financial Statements means (a) the balance sheets of the Company as of October 31, 1998 and December 31, 1997 and the income statements of the Company for the respective 10 and 12 month periods then ended, all as attached in Schedule 1.1 and (b) the Closing Balance Sheet to be delivered to Intelligroup within twenty five (25) days of Closing as set forth in Section 5.1(b).
