NRC Approval definition

NRC Approval means the approval(s) from the NRC (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any successor agency thereto or any delegates of the NRC required to consent) with respect to the direct or indirect disposition, issuance or transfer to the Buyers, as applicable, of the license or licenses held by any of the Transferred Subsidiaries or the Indirect Subsidiaries.
NRC Approval means the approval of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Agency, as described on Schedule N.
NRC Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(c).
