NSC Employee definition
NSC Employee means a former Employee of NSC Technologies (“NSC”), a division of Monsanto, who became an Employee of the Company as of January 1, 2001, and was subsequently transferred to employment with Albany Molecular Research, Inc. effective as of October 31, 2001.
