NSN HoldCo definition

NSN HoldCo means each new, wholly owned NSNCo subsidiary that may be formed for the purpose of directly owning Seadrill Limited’s prepetition Interests in certain of the Non-Consolidated Entities or directly holding certain receivables as set forth more fully in the Description of Transaction Steps.
