NSPF® definition
NSPF® means National Swimming Pool Foundation, 4775 Granby Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80919.
NSPF® or “Lead Plaintiff”), on behalf of itself and each of the members of the Class, as defined in ¶¶1.3-1.4, infra, on the one hand, and (ii) Defendants ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company, Inc. (“JCPenney”), ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, III, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (collectively, “Defendants” ), on the other hand, by and through their counsel of record in the above-captioned consolidated litigation pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (the “Action”). The Stipulation is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof and subject to the approval of the Court. Throughout this Stipulation, all capitalized terms used, but not immediately defined, have the meanings given to them in Section IV.1, infra.

Examples of NSPF® in a sentence
Any use of the NSPF® Marks that does not conform to any NSPF® Mark requirements, cheating, or actions or inactions that create a safety or health hazard shall be grounds for termination of the license and certification.
All uses of the NSPF® Marks shall inure to the benefit of the NSPF®.
