NSW LRS definition
NSW LRS means NSW Land Registry Services party means a party to this Agreement, including its successors and assigns.
NSW LRS means NSW Land Registry Services. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Party means a party to this agreement, and includes their successors and assigns. Pocket Park means the park described in Item 5 of Schedule 1. Planning Proposal means the planning proposal relating to the Land described in Item 7 of Schedule 1. Site means the Land as shown on Annexure B to this Agreement.
