NSWIRC definition

NSWIRC means the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission.
NSWIRC or Commission" means the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission. "Award" means the Storeman & Packers, General (State) Consolidated Award.
NSWIRC means the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission. "Ordinary rate of pay" means the hourly rate of pay set out in clause 3.2.1. "Parties" means Employer and the Employees.

  • If the matter is still in dispute following the review it is open to either of the parties to notify NSWIRC.

  • Such application to the NSWIRC shall not delay the immediate implementation of this Agreement.

  • If the matter remains in dispute, it must next be submitted to the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission (NSWIRC) for conciliation.

  • The first increase available under this agreement shall be calculated from the first full period commencing on the 1st July 2005 or after certification of this agreement has been approved by the NSWIRC.

  • Any increases granted by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) or the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission (NSWIRC) are to be fully absorbed.

  • This Agreement will become operative from the date of its certification by the NSWIRC and shall expire on 30th June 2006.

  • If the matter is not resolved in conciliation conducted by the NSWIRC, the parties agree that the NSWIRC shall on application of either party proceed to arbitrate the dispute and/or otherwise determine the rights and/or obligations of the parties to the dispute.

  • However, if the above negotiation process is exhausted without the issue in dispute being resolved management shall arrange to have the matter referred to the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (NSWIRC) for its assistance.

  • This Agreement shall operate from its approval by the NSWIRC and shall have a nominal expiry date of Friday 27th February 2009.

  • If the NSWIRC is unable to resolve the issue by conciliation it shall arbitrate on the matter and the parties shall be bound by this decision.
