NTP2 Conditions Deadline means the outside date set forth in Table 1 of Exhibit 8 by which Developer is obligated under the Agreement to satisfy all conditions to issuance of NTP2, as such deadline may be extended for Relief Events from time to time pursuant to the Agreement.

Related to NTP2 Conditions Deadline

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Request for Exclusion must be filed in writing with Class Counsel (or the Administrator) for a Settlement Class Member to be excluded from the Settlement Class. The Opt-Out Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Claims Deadline means the date by which all Claim Forms must be received to be considered timely and shall be set as the date ninety (90) days after the Notice Date. The Claims Deadline shall be clearly set forth in the Long Form Notice, the Summary Notice, the Claim Form, and the Court’s order granting Preliminary Approval.

  • Effectiveness Deadline As defined in Section 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.

  • Eligibility Conditions means the eligibility conditions specified in the Act and the Rules including all the eligibilityconditions listed in Clause [5] of the Tender Document.

  • Cure Deadline shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.11(a).

  • Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).
