Nuclear Site Licence definition

Nuclear Site Licence means the nuclear site licence granted to the Employer pursuant to section 1 of the Nuclear Installations Xxx 0000;
Nuclear Site Licence means a licence referred to in section 21(1A);";
Nuclear Site Licence means a licence to use a site for the purpose of installing or operating a nuclear installation within the meaning of the following subsection.

More Definitions of Nuclear Site Licence

Nuclear Site Licence has the meaning given to that term in the FAP. ONR has the meaning given to it in the FAP. Original Parties means the Secretary of State and the Company. Party means a party to this Agreement.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • public works contract means any agreement between any individual, firm or corporation and the State or any political subdivision of the State other than a municipality for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of a public building, highway or other changes or improvements in real property, or which is financed in whole or in part by the State, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees.
