Nuclear Site Licence definition

Nuclear Site Licence means the nuclear site licence granted to the Employer pursuant to section 1 of the Nuclear Installations Xxx 0000;
Nuclear Site Licence means a licence referred to in section 21(1A);";
Nuclear Site Licence means a licence to use a site for the purpose of installing or operating a nuclear installation within the meaning of the following subsection.

Nuclear Site Licence has the meaning given to that term in Section 21.9(a) of Schedule 21 or, as the case may be, Section 26.1 of Schedule 28;
