Nuclear Site Licence definition

Nuclear Site Licence means the nuclear site licence granted to the Employer pursuant to section 1 of the Nuclear Installations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇;
Nuclear Site Licence means a licence referred to in section 21(2);’’;
Nuclear Site Licence means a licence to use a site for the purpose of installing or operating a nuclear installation within the meaning of the following subsection.

More Definitions of Nuclear Site Licence

Nuclear Site Licence means a licence to use a site for the purposes of installing or operating a nuclear installation within the meaning of paragraph (3).
Nuclear Site Licence means any nuclear site licence for the Site or any part thereof together with other land granted pursuant to the Nuclear Installations Act 1965;
Nuclear Site Licence has the meaning given to that term in Section 21.9(a) of Schedule 21 or, as the case may be, Section 26.1 of Schedule 28;
Nuclear Site Licence has the meaning given to that term in the FAP. ONR has the meaning given to it in the FAP. Original Parties means the Secretary of State and the Company. Party means a party to this Agreement.
