Number Block definition

Number Block means a sequential series of numbers.

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount the Company may be required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000), excluding any of the Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.
