Nursing Home Services definition

Nursing Home Services means the services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 which the Proprietor provides to the Resident as a facility service provided to all residents.
Nursing Home Services means those services as specified in Exhibit B to this Agreement that are provided by Nursing Home to Hospice Patients.

Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.
