Examples of NxStage System One in a sentence

  • The Active NxStage Home Patient Census shall not include patients prescribed to receive therapy with the NxStage System One (i) in a nursing home or an in-center self-care setting or (ii) in connection with an evaluation of more frequent therapy, home therapy or the System One (such as under NxStage’s “Experience the Difference” program).

  • For purposes hereof, the term “Active NxStage Home Patient Census” is defined to mean the Authorized Customer Locations’ aggregate number of [**] then prescribed to receive, and receiving, dialysis with the NxStage System One.

  • The following general terms and conditions apply to the purchase of the NxStage System One (“System”), consisting of either a Cycler, Warmer and Stand, or a Cycler and PureFlow SL (Cabinet and Control Unit), as the case may be, System cartridges and fluids (“Supplies”), and related products and services for use in chronic outpatient therapy (“Related Products”).

  • This Manufacturing Program/Quality Plan applies to the NxStage System One Cycler, P/N 002-00034ACR.

  • If such a shortfall is due to NxStage's decision to purchase the Products from an alternate supplier or due to other circumstances within the control of NxStage, which both parties expressly agree such circumstances do not include market adoption of the NxStage System One and the Products, NxStage shall pay to PISA an amount equal to [**]% of the unit shortfall for the contractual year multiplied by the product price in force for that calendar year.

  • During the Term, including any extensions thereto, NxStage shall service all Products supplied to Customer hereunder (whether leased or purchased), including the NxStage System One, so the same shall be in good working order and fit for the indications described in their User's Guides and package inserts when used in accordance with the instructions for use provided in such User's Guides and package inserts.

  • The following pricing terms apply to the purchase of Monthly Dialysis Supplies for NxStage System One patients.

  • If the parties fail to reach a mutually acceptable solution following such discussions, and such shortfall is due to circumstances beyond the control of NxStage, which both parties expressly agree such circumstances include the market adoption of the NxStage System One and the Products, NxStage shall pay to PISA an amount equal to [**]% of the unit shortfall for the contractual year multiplied by the Product price in force for that calendar year.

  • NxStage System One Cycler will be retained for 7 years after the last device has been shipped per the released schedule/Purchase Order.
