NYC Building Code definition

NYC Building Code means the latest edition of the Building Code of the City of New York.
NYC Building Code means latest edition of Building Code of The City Of New York plus any applicable Reference Standards, Selected Rules and Regulations of Local Law No. 76 Effective December 6, 1968 including amendments to the code.
