O & M Costs definition

O & M Costs means all costs allocated to Licensor under the Declaration in connection with the operation, maintenance, security and repairs (including capital repairs) of the Parking Facility including, without limitation all taxes and insurance, utilities, management fees and costs.

Examples of O & M Costs in a sentence

  • City shall waive any permit fees associated with a Bikeshare Location, whether on City-owned property or private property; provided however, any such permit fees will be credited towards the City’s 65% share of O & M Costs.

  • To pay LACMTA within 45 calendar days of receipt of an acceptable invoice and copies of relevant supporting documentation for the City’s share of O & M Costs as described in Article 6 below.

  • In the event Prescott, in its sole discretion, determines during the course of a particular Fiscal Year that the Estimated O & M Costs for that particular Fiscal Year differ significantly from the Actual O & M Costs that have accrued during the same Fiscal Year, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may recalculate the Estimated O & M Costs for that particular Fiscal Year, as well as the Prescott Valley’s Estimated O & M Cost Share.

Related to O & M Costs

  • O&M Costs as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,
