Oak woodlands definition

Oak woodlands means those stands of Oregon white oak (Quercus garryana) or Oregon white oak/conifer associations where the crown cover of the Oregon white oak component of the stand is greater than or equal to twenty-five percent (25%). In degraded habitat, the Oregon white oak component of the stand may be less than twenty-five percent (25%), or the canopy coverage may be less than fifty percent (50%).
Oak woodlands means a given unit of land, with one or more stands of live trees, where a plurality of the live trees in the stands are native oaks and/or the project site contains 10 percent or more oak canopy cover for parcels less than one acre, or 1 percent or more oak canopy cover for parcels one acre or greater.
Oak woodlands means an oak stand with a greater than 10 percent canopy cover or that may have historically supported greater than 10 percent canopy cover.
