Obligor Par Amount is calculated for each Obligor of a Loan Asset, and is equal to the outstanding principal amount of Loan Assets issued by such Obligor and its Affiliates.
Obligor Par Amount is calculated for each Obligor represented in the Loan Pool by summing the Outstanding Loan Balance of each Loan in the Loan Pool of that Obligor or any Affiliate of that Obligor.
