OC Ratio Denominator definition

OC Ratio Denominator means, as of any Business Day, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Advances and (b) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate cash purchase price of all Collateral Loans for which the Borrower has entered into a binding commitment to purchase that have not yet settled.
OC Ratio Denominator means, as of any Business Day, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Advances, (b) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate cash purchase price of all Collateral Loans for which the Borrower has entered into a binding commitment to purchase that have not yet settled and (c) for Collateral Loans subject to a binding commitment to be contributed to the Borrower on a cashless basis that have not yet settled, the Adjusted Principal Balance of such Collateral Loan as agreed in connection with the relevant Approval Request.
