Occupancy Approval definition

Occupancy Approval means the approval permitting occupancy of the Property issued by the appropriate City or County department, whether provided orally or in writing by a certificate or other document. Such Occupancy Approval may include temporary certificates of occupancy issued by the appropriate city or county.

  • The Closing is conditioned upon the prior issuance of Occupancy Approval.
