The Supplier acknowledges its obligation in relation to the handling, use, disclosure and processing of personal information pursuant to the Privacy Acts 1993 and 2020 (“the Act”) including Part II of the OECD Guidelines as set out in the Act.
GM is also committed, and expects suppliers to commit, to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises; the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work; the International Bill of Human Rights; the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
