During the Term, Operator shall perform the Work in accordance with the OEM Manuals, Annual Maintenance Plan, Prudent Operating Practices, Applicable Law, all applicable Permits, the Site Rules, the Project Agreements and the other requirements of this Agreement (the “Requirements”).
The OEM Manuals shall contain a complete set of all submittals, all product data as required by the specifications, training information, phone list of consultants, manufacturers, installer and suppliers, manufacturer's printed data, record and shop drawings, schematic diagrams of systems, appropriate equipment indices, warranties and bonds.
During the Term, Operator shall perform the Work in accordance with the OEM Manuals, Annual Maintenance Plan, Prudent Operating Practices, applicable Law, all applicable Permits, the Project Documents, the Site Rules and the other requirements of this Agreement (the “Requirements”).

The Employer will make available the complete set of OEM Manuals with drawings of the existing system.
