OEM Services definition

OEM Services means services provided by Customer to OEM Customers which are based on certain Cloud Services.
OEM Services means the SFDC online services provided by SFDC for incorporation into the Combined Solution by Reseller as outlined on the relevant Service Order. OEM Services shall not be materially decreased below the level of services set forth on Exhibit B.
OEM Services means services supplied by Polysius.

Examples of OEM Services in a sentence

  • OEM may market and resell the Cloud Services only for use in conjunction with OEM Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Order Form.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SAP grants OEM during the term of this Agreement a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-perpetual right to use in the Territory the Cloud Services solely to the extent necessary to (i) develop an Integration between the Cloud Service and OEM Services, and (ii) use and access the Cloud Services to demonstrate for potential End Users and support the Cloud Service as part of providing the Bundled Services to End Users.

  • In connection with your marketing and advertising activities, you shall ensure that you, and not Siemens, are identified as the provider of OEM Services, provided, however, that you may identify that the OEM Services utilize the Platform and the Services.

  • Your provision of OEM Services to OEM Customers other than your Affiliates requires a written contract with your OEM Customers (“OEM Contract”).

  • You may permit Users to access Services as part of your OEM Services only where expressly permitted in a Transaction Document.

  • Notwithstanding SFDC's continued provision of the OEM Services through the Transition Period, You understand and acknowledge that SFDC will not itself be responsible for providing (other than hosting “as is” subject to the above conditions) the Reseller Application, and that You will be responsible for updating, maintaining or supporting the Reseller Application during the Transition Period.

  • The OEM Services are governed by the terms of sale set forth on the third party’s website.

  • OEM Customers’ Users who access OEM Services are also your Users.

  • We may, during regular business hours and upon reasonable advance notice, have an auditor conduct an audit to determine your compliance with your contractual obligations as a provider of OEM Services.


More Definitions of OEM Services

OEM Services means the Services that SFDC provides for the use or resale by Partner as part of a Combined Solution, as set forth in the Product Catalog and each Service Order accepted by SFDC. For the avoidance of doubt, the OEM Services are also Distribution Services.
OEM Services means the online services provided by salesforce.com for incorporation into the SaaS Maint, LLC Purchased Services as outlined on a relevant service Order Form between you and SaaS Maint, LLC.
OEM Services means the online services provided by xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for incorporation into the SaaS Maint, LLC Purchased Services as outlined on a relevant service Order Form between you and SaaS Maint, LLC.

Related to OEM Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
