OEM vehicle definition

OEM vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 19-1-402.
OEM vehicle means a vehicle manufactured by the original vehicle manufacturer or its contractor as a clean vehicle.
OEM vehicle means OEM vehicle as defined in Subsection 19-1-402(7).
