OF DOCUMENTS. The County has permanent ownership of all directly connected and derivative materials produced under this Contract by the Contractor. All documents, reports and other incidental or derivative work or materials furnished hereunder shall become and remains the sole property of the County and may be used by the County as it may require without additional cost to the County. OF DOCUMENTS. Tenant shall sign and deliver any instrument or documents necessary or appropriate to evidence any such attornment or subordination or agreement to do so. Such subordination and attornment documents may contain such provisions as are customarily required by any ground landlord, beneficiary under a deed of trust or mortgagee. If Tenant fails to do so within ten (10) days after written request, Tenant hereby makes, constitutes and irrevocably appoints Landlord or any transferee or successor of Landlord, the attorney-in-fact of Tenant to execute and deliver any such instrument or document.
