OFAC Regulations definition

OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.
OFAC Regulations shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.20(b).

OFAC Regulations. The regulations promulgated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury.
