OFAC Searches means searches which confirm that any Person is not listed as a designated Person on any lists maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury or is not otherwise the subject of any economic or financial sanctions or trade embargoes imposed, administered or enforced from time to time by the U.S. Government or by other applicable sanctions authority.
