Notwithstanding the above, the Borrower shall not be obligated (other than as required by applicable law) to undertake any tests or remediation at any Offsite Property (a) that is not owned or operated by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and (b) where Contaminants generated by persons other than the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries have also come to be located.
CITY shall provide written notice to OWNER no later than fifteen (15) days prior to making an offer to the owner of the Non-Construction Agreement Offsite Property.

At any time within that fifteen (15) day period, OWNER may, at its option, notify CITY that it wants CITY to cease all acquisition proceedings with respect to that Non-Construction Agreement Offsite Property, whereupon CITY shall cease such proceedings.
