Offenders in Custody definition
Offenders in Custody means those juvenile and adult offenders who are incarcerated or will be incarcerated at the Adult Correctional Institution, RI Department of Corrections or at the state juvenile correctional facility, the RI Training School for Youth, on or after the effective date of these Guidelines.
