Offer Account means the account in the name of PA opened with Citibank, N.A. on or before the Unconditional Date for the purposes of effecting the acquisition of the Shares.

  • The amounts to be transferred to the Public Offer Account by the Escrow Collection Bank represent Bids from Anchor Investors that have received confirmed allocation in respect of the Equity Shares in the Offer and amounts, if any, paid by the Underwriters or any other person pursuant to any underwriting obligations in terms of the Underwriting Agreement.

  • The Sponsor Banks shall be responsible for sharing the details of Bid Amounts that have to be unblocked and transferred from the ASBA Accounts to the Public Offer Account with the UPI Bidders’ banks.

  • Such termination shall be effected by prior written notice of not less than fourteen (14) days, and shall come into effect only on the transfer of the amounts standing to the credit of the Escrow Accounts, the Public Offer Account or the Refund Account to the substituted escrow collection bank, the public offer account bank or refund bank.
