Offer Due Date means the exact date and time offers are due.

  • If Vendor employed fifteen or more full-time employees at any time during the 365-day period immediately preceding the publication of this solicitation in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin (or issuance date if not published), it must have a current IDHR Public Contract Number or have proof of having submitted a completed application for one prior to the Offer Due Date (775 ILCS 5/2-101).

Related to Offer Due Date

  • Offer Date means the date on which an Exclusionary Offer is made;

  • Tender Offer Date means, in respect of a Tender Offer, the date on which voting Shares in the amount of the applicable percentage threshold are actually purchased or otherwise obtained (as determined by the Calculation Agent).

  • Proposal Due Date means the date and time specified in the Proposal Invitation, or any addenda thereto, by which Vendors are required to submit Proposals for this Proposal Invitation.

  • Invoice Due Date means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Cycle, the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately succeeding Energization or the month immediately succeeding the conclusion of a Quarterly Period contained within such Quarterly Payment Cycle, consistent with Section 3.4.
