Offer Expiry Date definition

Offer Expiry Date means the date upon which the Offer lapses, terminates or is withdrawn.
Offer Expiry Date means the date falling immediately after the date upon which the Offer lapses, it is withdrawn or expires, in each case without having been successful.

More Definitions of Offer Expiry Date

Offer Expiry Date means the earliest date on which all of the following have occurred:
Offer Expiry Date means, in relation to an Offer, the date on which the Offer will lapse and no longer be open for acceptance by a Buyer, as specified on the GBC Platform;
