Offer Supplement definition

Offer Supplement means the offer supplement to and which is issued along with this Prospectus setting out the terms and conditions of a particular offer of Bonds.
Offer Supplement means this Offer Supplement and any amendments and supplements hereto for the offer and sale to the public of the Bonds.
Offer Supplement means this document dated [•], containing the specific terms and conditions of the Offer Bonds. As the context may require, the term shall refer to the Prospectus, as supplemented by the Offer Supplement.
