Offered Note definition

Offered Note means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2a Notes, the Class A-2b Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes.
Offered Note has the same meaning as in the Offered Note Trust Deed.
Offered Note means, as the context requires, a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-3 Note, or both.
